The poster must be in English and the maximum poster dimensions are 1 meter wide by 1.8 meter high. Push pins and adhesive tape will be provided for hanging your poster.Posters should be affixed on the afternoon of the presentation day (to be announced) and taken down no later than the next morning.Poster presenters are expected to be present and available for discussion during the entire poster session.Click here for some instructions on creating posters.Poster presentation dayYour poster should be presented on Friday or Saturday from 4:35 PM to 7:05 PM. The poster presentation is dividied in 10 sessions. Posters in sessions 1, 2, 3, 4, and 6 will be presented on Friday. Posters in sessions 5, 7, 8, 9, and 10 will be presented on Saturday.If you want to know the day of your poster (in case you don't know your session), take a look at the Motor Control supplement with all the abstracts.Go to the author index (last pages of the supplement), find your name and page of your abstract, and then go to the contents (page 3) to find out your session.We would like to remind you that we printed exactly what you submitted online at the conference website; we only did minor revisions of some abstracts.Don't waste paper; do not print the Motor Control supplement! You will receive a copy of this issue at the conference. |
